PHP Team Lead Officer

Eligibility Criteria

Required Technical Skills

• Lead and Manage the team of PHP CMS and MVC developers and designers to ensure smooth functioning and delivery of entire team’s projects
• Should be well proficient in estimating timelines for client requirements
• Should be a multitasker to manage and implement various tasks at the same time
• Should be able to design/develop DFD’s and Database Architecture from scratch for Medium to Large scale projects
• Able to divide tasks within a team as per their capabilities and able to work on most complicated tasks instead of assigning the same to team
• To ensure code written by team is well documented/clean and as per best practice standards
• Communicate with client and stake holders as needed to ensure requirements are understood and executed
• Strong hold on MVC Architecture and Frameworks like Codeigniter/Laravel.
• Good experience in Laravel Livewire
• Must have strong hold on Helper, Libraries and Middleware
• Expertise in Database Architecture design in MySQL
• Well versed with creation/integration of REST API’s
• Thorough understanding of PHP CMS’s like WordPress, Shopify etc.
• Must have good hold on best practices of Routes Implementation
• Strong hold on Javascript, JQuery and Ajax
• Must have experience in designing MVC Workflows from scratch
• Must have experience with Social Login implementation
• Thorough understanding of integration with frontend technologies like Bootstrap, Vue JS, React JS etc.
  Github/Bitbucket version control expertise
• Well Versed with Multisite and Multilingual Structure
• Experience in estimating timelines for requirements
• Good hold on Project Management Tools like Asana/Trello/Basecamp/Jira etc

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• You are self driven, curious, with great energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as team lead of PHP Developers and Designers along with minimum 3 years experience as Full stack php developer
• Required to work Independently on Projects/tasks
• Should be good team player
• Make sure to have good hold on skills listed in Required Skills section above.
• Should have hold on working existing projects in same technologies coded by other developers

Nice to Have

• Experience in working on Enterprise Projects/Portals
• Knowledge of Laravel Eloquent, Forge, and Nova
• Experience with SSO Integration
• Well versed with SDLC and Agile Methodologies
• Experience with AWS/Azure/Docker
• Experience with SCSS, Tailwind CSS,
• Experience with Zapier/Hubspot integration etc
