In order to improve the company working environment and teamwork among all candidates, we have created this anonymous feedback form so that anyone of you can provide feedback/suggestions without revealing your identity. This feedback/suggestions/complaints can be regarding any issues you are facing towards:
Working Environment
Your colleagues
Your Team Leaders
Management
Anything which you are not comfortable to discuss in person
Any new initiatives
We want this to be like a confession point where you can say anything good/bad about anything/anyone especially wrong/bad things about the company/Management or Seniors without revealing your identity.
P.S. – You can also convey your appreciation if you feel anything good about the Company/Management/Senior/Colleague via this form.
