Required Technical Skills

  • In-depth understanding of Upwork algorithm.
  • 1-2 years of experience in bidding and winning projects
  • Conduct research to bid on web and mobile development projects.
  • Expertise in customized bid on projects expert at using boost system.
  • Exceptional english reading and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with pricing models, such as fixed, hourly, and value-based.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Bid on assigned profiles and technologies.
  • Greet clients actively on arrival.
  • Follow up with active clients.
  • Build client database.
  • Timely updates to the clients.
  • Update portfolios on profiles.
  • Develop profiles to higher standards.
  • Arrange meetings.
  • MIS to management.

Nice to Have

  • Can negotiate with clients.
  • Can talk to clients on calls.
  • Can understand technical requirements.
  • Can manage multiple client’s responses.
  • Can use tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira etc.
  • Can understand behavioral psychology of clients.
  • Can bid on other marketplaces like freelancer, fiverr etc.
